Backpack for the EntityPlus Quake 3 Mod
A backpack model, created for the Quake 3 Arena singleplayer mod EntityPlus.
All modeling was done in Blender. All PBR texture maps and lighting were baked down to a single 1k diffuse texture with the SimpleBake addon. UV packing was done using the UVPackmaster2 addon. The original PBR textures were created in Substance Painter.

The textured lowpoly, 3220 tris. The mesh uses a single diffuse texture.

The highpoly, created using subdivision modeling.

The intermediary albedo, roughness, normal and metalness maps from Substance Painter.

The lowpoly mesh with the PBR maps applied to it. Lights and a background HDRI create the setup necessary to rebake everything again, this time to create a single diffuse texture.

The final diffuse texture that is used in-game.
